HARRISSA SAUCE
Ingredients: 1 CUP OF FRESH RED JALAPENOS OR 1 CUP CHILI FLAKES (BEST IF FRESH RED HOT PEPPERS AVAILABLE) 12 CUP PAPRIKA 1 TSP. CUMIN 1 CUP OLIVE OIL JUICE OF 4 LEMONS (PREFERABLE) OR 4 OZ. VINEGAR FRESH GARLIC (optional) AROMATIC HERBS- SUCH AS... BASIL, OREGANO, ETC (optional)
Directions: MIX ALL IN BLENDER AND SERVE COLD.
POUR THE SAUCE OVER THE FISH OR MEAT
